If any customer has a problem where their package is late but they need it quickly, they should contact our support team. Please do not issue any refund on your own. Refunds will only be handled by us and will take 5 to 7 business days after the customer contacts support.

If you bought the product from a shop, you must return it to that same shop by following their return rules. Urovaginal will only accept returns of items bought directly from our website or by phone when these conditions are met:
- Accessories: The items must be new, not used, and in the original package with all tags and labels still on.
Refunds may take up to two billing cycles to show on your credit card. You must include the original packing slip for us to process your return. Please note that we cannot track your return package. You should check with your shipping company for tracking updates.
Steps to Return an Item for Refund:
- Place the item you want to return in the same box it came in (if possible).
- Put the original packing slip inside the box for correct processing.
- Write “RETURN” at the top of the slip and clearly mark the items you are sending back.

- Ship the box using any carrier you prefer.
We are not responsible if your package is lost or stolen during shipping. Once we receive and process your return, we will send the refund to the same credit card used for the first purchase.
